I propose, to any Deus Ex fans reading this, that we each write a treatment for a proper sequel to the original, completely disregarding Invisible War and instead using our own ideas.

Some suggestions for clarity's sake (if they're not already obvious): Deus Ex has a lot of possible outcomes based which actions the player takes. As such, specifying which particular outcomes your canon is based on is very helpful. Obviously, unless you're writing a prequel, a particular ending to the first game will have to be specified to set up the beginning of your sequel.
